It was nice meeting with you the other day, thank you very much for coming out to look at the problem and find a quick solution for us.

I wanted to also tell you how pleased we were today with the quality of the basement laundry room and coat area installation. Not only did the installers do a great job but they were the two nicest guys I have met during the renovation of our home this past year. They were on time, professional and friendly. When the installation was completed they cleaned everything up and we were left very happy with everything. My husband and I would like to pass along our highest compliments to Organized Interiors. We visited your showroom and were very impressed with the displays and your product. We received immediate attention from Emilia Lesh who explained the 3 different systems for your closet organizers and the many optional special features. We phoned the next day to make an appointment with Emilia to work out a plan and get an estimate. Emilia worked with us for hours to develop my dream dressing room, my husband’s closet and select a frameless shower door.

Emilia interviewed us in order to determine our needs and offered us various options. We were hooked! I could not wait to see Emilia again to discuss a niche and organizing our garage. Emilia always answered our calls promptly and was able to accommodate our schedule to meet with us. We have never been so well treated in any sales situation. Emilia’s name became a household word. I wanted Organized Interiors all over my home. After the garage and the niche, I brought Emilia what I thought was an impossible room design to try and build storage. The room is irregular and has bulkheads. Without batting an eye she suggested 2 designs. Her idea to build a wall inside the room was nothing short of brilliant.

I am happy to say that we are now the proud owner of a new wall and our new closet will be outfitted with cabinets within a month along with the niche. Yesterday, our garage, my dressing room and my husband’s closet were installed. Fantastic! Even my husband cannot wait to hang up his clothes. We would like to thank Organized Interiors for making our house a home and bringing order and beauty to our chaos. I may never move with such a beautiful interior but if we do, we know where to find Emilia.

 We are writing (albeit belatedly) to let you know what a wonderful experience it has been to work with Emilia!

Having moved into a small condo in Toronto, the furniture from our old house was too bulky for our new home. We had some ideas about what we needed for our new but small living space – floor-to-ceiling storage (drawers and shelving) for our bedroom, a floor-to-ceiling unit for our living/dining room area featuring an electric fireplace, a desk with cabinets for our second bedroom, and a buffet for the dining room.

As we began to describe each piece, Emilia magically brought our ideas to life, sketching the outlines as we talked. She was so attuned to what we envisioned; we were astonished.

Furthermore, Emilia questioned us throughout the process, checking on dimensions and design details to ensure we had thought of everything. And she made countless recommendations as the pieces evolved into their final form. Today, the interior of our condo is the envy of everyone who sees it!

In fact, because of our complete satisfaction with Emilia’s work, we asked her to design a large wall unit for our townhouse in Collingwood. Again, Emilia easily envisioned what we wanted, made countless suggestions and improvements and perfected a design that transformed our living space once again.

We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful she was to work with. She never showed any frustration as we changed and refined the designs numerous times and was a complete professional the entire time we worked with her.

Just a short note to let you know how much we have enjoyed working with yourself and Organized Interiors.

We selected Organized Interiors as our supplier for several reasons:

• The presentation of your products in the showroom made the selection process extremely easy.
• The ability of your organization to provide a custom product utilizing standard components of high quality and finish.

But, the primary reason for our decision was the courteous, efficient manner in which you serviced us.

We made two visits to one of your competitors, outlined out needs, and left business cards on both occasions. Following our visits, we never heard from them again.

In contrast, you followed up with phone calls immediately after our visit, and you displayed an obvious interest in our plans and our concerns. Along with this, you exhibited an excellent product knowledge, demonstrated an ability to hear and understand what we wanted to accomplish, and were able to offer good workable solutions. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how delighted I am with my new office built-ins. I had been planning to renovate the room in question for some years and had finally concluded that Organized Interiors appeared to offer the best quality and custom design capability for my needs. It proved to be an excellent decision.

I began the process in July of this year when I first went to visit your beautiful showroom and was assisted by Emilia Lesh. She was so helpful in showing me all the different set-ups that had the components and options that I was looking for. It was obvious that she was extremely knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated the time she gave to answer all my questions.

The design that Emilia subsequently worked out for me was perfect! She had addressed all of the extensive requirements that I had specified, without forfeiting aesthetic considerations. Her creativity and artistic ability were certainly featured in the end result. I felt confident making the final selections for finish choices, hardware, etc. since I valued her suggestions and input.

The installation on October 6^th was just as great an experience. I had had concerns that the giant-sized cabinets would inevitably cause some damage due to their weight and awkwardness, but both installers Chris and Bogdan were so careful and meticulous that everything came together beautifully.

Having spent the past weekend working in my new space, I am absolutely thrilled. I actually enjoyed working all weekend and was twice as productive as I have ever been…Everything is at my fingertips and I do not have to get up from my chair! Kudos to Organized Interiors!

It would appear at this time that I might have sufficient space in the new cabinets to accommodate the contents of the room’s existing closet as well, therefore, I hope to go ahead in the near future with phase two of the project (the wallbed installation) which Emilia had already planned for. I am certain it will be just as positive an experience.
