It’s quite interesting to see the response and interest that we (Organized Interiors) are getting at out Vaughan Mills booth display. Although we advertise in several mediums throughout the community; the Vaughan Mills booth display consisting of a classic closet organizer finished in Dolce Vita LP Melamine and is loaded with accessories such as Oil Rubbed Bronze hanging rods, pull-out pant rack, pull-out valet rod, belt and tie racks, pull-out shoe shelves with shoe fence as well as a pull-out hamper and acrylic drawer dividers that attracts a positive reaction and generates new customers almost every day. Sharing our booth next to us is our sister company Garage Living displaying their latest flooring, slatwall and metal cabinetry, all designed and manufactured to make your garage organized for every day living. It just goes to show that with constant traffic and great products business can always be generated.

There’s no time like the FIRST time to make a great impression
As a receptionist you see many people throughout your day. When a client comes in and makes a good impression you will never forget them. For instance, one of our designers Shawn Witton had a client coming in to the showroom for an appointment. He was finishing up a phone call and in the meantime I offered the client a coffee. This particular client was very kind and thankful, and ended up chatting with me at my desk before seeing Shawn. A few months later Shawn was asking me a question about one of his clients, “that really nice gentleman” and right away I knew exactly who he was talking about. This just goes to show that there is no time like the first time to make a great impression.

On another occasion one of our repeat clients came into the showroom to pay her deposit for the order she recently placed. While assisting her she proceeded to say how happy she was with her design consultant Harry Levinson and the work he has done in her home. She says he is very thorough and complete when he designed her closets. She was so pleased that she decided to tell all of her contractors and workers at the house who designed and built her wonderful closets. In the future she hopes to do more work in the office area of her business, and says she will definitely call Harry at Organized Interiors to do the job.

On November 12, 2009 Dino Colozza, one of our Sales Designers here at Organized Interiors had just purchased a new fall Jacket with our Logo on the front of it. Dino was so proud of his recent purchase that he took the time to first show it off to the office staff first thing in the morning as the value of the jacket was of good quality and the Organized Interiors Logo was sharp looking and designed just right with a professional look to it. Everyone admired the jacket as Dino left the showroom to begin his day though he had no idea what was about to unfold and to what extent of power the jacket would behold. At about the noon time of the day I received a phone call from Dino that went something like this; Hi Enrico, you’ll never guess what just happened to me.

I was at Yorkdale shopping centre and was approached by a women that I never met before, and as she glanced at the logo on my brand new jacket she asked me, do you work at Organized Interiors, I replied, yes I do, she then said, don’t they design and sell closet organizers. He replied with a smile on his face, yes we design and manufacture closets, wardrobe units, home offices and much more, are you interested in a free in-home consultation, I asked her? Well I’ve been thinking of getting one of my closets organized, how much would an average size reach in closet cost me? I replied, about $600.00 to $800.00 installation included. At that point she agreed to a free in-home consultation later that week.
